What's the difference between "Save Changes" and "Strip All Metadata"?
"Save Changes" writes whatever is currently in the Title/Author/Subject/Keywords/Creator/Producer fields — including any edits you made. "Strip All Metadata" first clears all six fields to blank, then saves, removing that identifying information from the PDF entirely.
Can I edit the Created and Modified dates?
No, those are shown as read-only stats, along with the page count — only the Title, Author, Subject, Keywords, Creator, and Producer text fields can be changed.
Why would I want to strip a PDF's metadata?

How do I enter multiple keywords?
Type them into the Keywords field separated by commas — the tool splits on commas and trims whitespace around each one when saving.
