About Fixoona

Fixoona was built around a simple idea: everyday tech tasks — compressing a file, resizing a photo, generating a password — shouldn't require an account, a download, or a subscription. They should just work, instantly, for free.

What We Build

We build two things: lightweight, browser-based utilities that solve one specific problem really well, and clear, practical how-to guides that pair with those tools. Every tool on this site runs entirely in your browser — files you upload are never sent to a server, which means faster results and better privacy by default.

How Our Tools Work

Modern browsers are powerful enough to handle image processing, file conversion, and text manipulation without needing a backend server. We take advantage of that: when you use our PDF Compressor, Image Resizer, or Password Generator, all of the processing happens locally on your device using standard web technologies.

Why It's Free

Fixoona is supported by minimal, non-intrusive advertising, which lets us keep every tool free with no usage limits and no account requirement. We don't sell your data — because we never receive it in the first place.

How We Keep Content Accurate

Every tool is built to do one specific job correctly, then tested by hand in a real browser against the everyday cases people actually run into — not just the happy path. Our guides are written to explain the real mechanics behind a problem (why a date calculation is easy to get off by one, why a password is actually weak, why a file format behaves a certain way), not to pad out a page around a keyword. Every FAQ answer shown on a page is kept word-for-word identical to the structured data behind it, so what you read is exactly what search engines see too.

Corrections & Updates

If a tool gives you a wrong result or a guide gets something wrong, that's a bug we want to fix, not a rounding error we'll ignore. Tools and guides get revised as we catch mistakes or as the underlying standards they describe change. See something off? It genuinely helps to hear about it — details on how to reach us are on the Contact page.

Our Commitment

Have a tool idea or found something that doesn't work as expected? We'd love to hear from you on our Contact page.
